Procedure

  • Weigh phase A ingredients, stir and heat to 85°C until homogenised.
  • Weigh phase B1 ingredients, stir and heat to 60°C until homogenised.
  • Sprinkle the Sepimax Zen onto the B1 formulation whilst stirring at 60°C.
  • Heat to 85°C and sprinkle the Chlorphenesin BP 73 onto the B1 formulation.
  • When phases A and B are at 85°C, add phase B to phase A at 1200 RPM until homogenised.
  • Cool down to 70°C, stir the mix with an ultra turrax for 30 seconds at 9500 RPM.
  • Cool down to 35°C and add phase C ingredients one after another.
